Hello, I’m Gus. Thank you for visiting my page.

I’m a yoga teacher specialising in one-to-one and small group practices. I work with clients personally, tailoring my approach to their individual needs and goals; using dynamic, Yin yoga, and restorative modalities.

I came to yoga when I was 15, with spinal pain and alignment issues. It helped me overcome barriers that were causing both physical pain and hindering me from enjoying other forms of movement.

Through yoga I have found immense physical relief, allowing me to be more resilient and engaged in both body and mind. The great psychological and emotional benefits of yoga are quite unique, and I am always gratefully surprised when they spill over into the rest of my life.

I now consider meditation, mindfulness, and release to be at the core of my practice, and have found that re-centring my approach around these ideas has dramatically improved both my experience of both yoga and the world more generally.

In 2023 I took on a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training led by Gingi Lee and have since gone on to study Yin Yoga with Norman Blair.
