Hello, I’m Gus. Thank you for visiting my page.
I’m a yoga teacher specialising in one-to-one and small group practices. I work with clients personally, tailoring my approach to their individual needs and goals; using dynamic, Yin yoga, and restorative modalities.
I came to yoga when I was 15, with spinal pain and alignment issues caused by a mild scoliosis. It helped me to overcome barriers that were causing pain and hindering me from enjoying other forms of movement.
Through yoga I have found immense physical relief, allowing me to be more resilient and engaged in both body and mind. The great psychological and emotional benefits of yoga are quite unique, and I am always gratefully surprised when they spill over into the rest of my life.
I now consider meditation, mindfulness, and release to be at the core of my practice. Re-centring my approach around these ideas has dramatically improved my experience of both yoga and the world more generally.
In 2023 I took on a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training led by Gingi Lee and have since gone on to study Yin Yoga with Norman Blair.
One-to-one + small group sessions:
1 hour private / one-to-one / small group yoga class at home or another location of your choice.
We can use this time however you wish. If you have particular things you’d like to work on (i.e. increase flexibility / reduce pain in target areas), please let me know. With multiple sessions, it’s easier to familiarise and develop a long-term approach.
Sessions are likely to involve a mixture of dynamic movement, Yin yoga, and restorative yoga, but depending on your needs or preferences can be more heavily weighted towards one modality or another.
Conversation is open throughout so that if anything’s not working for you, we can find another approach.
If things are unclear, or you want to understand why we’re doing something, we can talk about that too.
I offer physical assists and will check in at the start of our session whether this is something you’re comfortable with.

• Up to 3 participants. +£10/person thereafter.
